I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in New York State.

I received dual graduate degrees in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University and Public Health (MPH) from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

I worked for two years as an Addiction Counselor in Outpatient Addiction Recovery Services at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Westchester, and for three years as a psychotherapist in a private practice led by a board-certified addiction psychiatrist. 

I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the New York State Society of Clinical Social Workers, and the Hastings Working Alliance for Youth. 

I completed extensive continuing education specific to substance use and addiction, primarily through Boston Medical’s Grayken Center for Addiction Training and the New York Department of Health’s Clinical Education Initiative. I also participate in bi-weekly peer supervision overseen by the former director of the Westchester Center for Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy. 

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as an Executive & Personal Assistant in the financial services industry. I graduated from Penn State University and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin.
